Most Databricks plans are drawn without the bill attached. It usually looks like this:
→ A platform decision made before anyone counted what is actually running on the old one.
→ A migration sequence set by which team shouts loudest, not by which workload carries the cost.
→ An AI pilot approved on a slide, and a production bill nobody modelled.
→ A roadmap that is really a wish list, because no line on it has a number next to it.
Swiss day rates sit at the top of the European range. Getting the order right is usually worth more than getting the technology right.
Where you actually are
We read your estate before the meeting: platform, workloads, what is already on Databricks and what is not. You do not spend the 30 minutes explaining your own architecture.
The sequence
What to do first, second and third, and why each one sits where it does. Sequencing is where most of the money is won or lost.
The cost, both halves
Platform cost and delivery cost, side by side. Most estimates carry one and quietly forget the other.
What it saves, in numbers
Every step carries a figure. You see the case before you commit to anything.
What you can ignore
The parts of your current plan we think are not worth doing yet. This is usually the most useful page.
1. You pick a slot
Slots run from the moment the doors open on 1 December until they close, so you can fit one around the sessions you came for. The booking asks you five things. The one that matters is the last one.
2. We build the roadmap
Two of our engineers spend real hours on it. That is why the number is ten and not a hundred.
3. We walk you through it, 30 minutes
At our stand in the Expo at StageOne, on the day. Not a demo, not a deck.
4. You keep it
Yours either way, whether or not you ever work with us.
We have delivered dozens of data platform implementations across Europe, many of them on Databricks.

Yes. No cost, no procurement, no NDA. We ask for 30 minutes at the event and five answers when you book.
Because each one is built by hand before the event by two of our engineers, from your estate rather than from a template. Ten is what we can do properly in November. Slots at the stand run the whole day, so the constraint is the roadmaps, not the calendar.
For a slot at the stand, yes. The booking is for 1 December at StageOne. If you are not going, use the form at the bottom of this page and we will arrange it online instead.
That is the most useful version of this conversation. The roadmap then covers whether to move at all, and in what order.
A senior engineer. On technical estates that is usually Ivan Angelinin, our Technical Director. Not an account manager. Four of us are on the floor that day.
Use the reschedule link in your calendar invitation. We are only building ten, so a slot you free up goes to someone else. Please do rather than not turning up.
A Databricks Silver Partner based at Sofia Tech Park in Bulgaria. We have delivered dozens of data platform implementations across Europe, many on Databricks. We are exhibiting at the Data + AI World Tour in Zurich on 1 December 2026.
