Viktor Elevterov

Viktor Elevterov is the founder and Managing Partner of Cosmos Thrace. He founded the company in 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria, and has led it from a small consultancy into the Databricks Silver Partner it is today. Before Cosmos Thrace, he held positions at Bright Consulting and Ziross JSC, working at the intersection of engineering and commercial delivery. That dual fluency has since shaped how Cosmos Thrace hires, sells, and structures its engagements, and it remains visible in how Viktor himself moves through the day, comfortable with an architecture review and a roadmap conversation in the same morning.

As Managing Partner, he sets the technical direction and partnership strategy for the firm, and anchors its commitment to selective client fit and long-term engagement quality. He founded Cosmos Thrace on a simple premise, captured in his own words: a place where "ambitious business goals, client priorities, and employee aspirations intersect." Seven years on, that operating principle still drives how the company chooses its work, builds its teams, and measures its own success. It is also why Cosmos Thrace will decline engagements that would dilute either side of that intersection.
