Idan Harel

Idan Harel is a serial founder, builder, and investor in enterprise technology. He is Managing Partner and Head of Business Development and Sales at Cosmos Thrace, a Databricks Silver Partner based in Sofia, Bulgaria. He founded Do IT Wise, a ServiceNow Elite Partner that grew to over 150 people before being acquired by Inetum in 2022, and Zigiwave, an integration product adopted by Fortune 500 companies.

Beyond his operating roles, he is an active angel investor focused on Data and AI innovation, and is known across the regional tech community for combining commercial sharpness with contagious optimism.

He joined Cosmos Thrace in 2025 with a clear mandate: sharpen the company's commercial direction and accelerate its evolution into Eastern Europe's most trusted partner for Databricks Consulting and Implementation and modern Data & AI solutions. The pivot toward a Databricks-first identity was led by him, and it has shaped the company's go-to-market, partnerships, and hiring decisions ever since.
